Terms and Conditions

1. Use of Information

All content on this website, including text, images, downloads, and other materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and is the property of Expo Branding Direct Ltd. This content is made available solely for customers and must not be copied, republished, or reused for marketing or commercial purposes without prior written consent.


2. Pricing

All prices listed on our website exclude VAT and delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout. As our products are regularly updated and improved, Expo Branding Direct Ltd reserves the right to modify product specifications and prices without prior notice.


3. Payment Terms

For customers with a pre-approved credit account, payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. All payments must be made in GBP. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2.5% per month or part thereof. Orders may be withheld if an account is in arrears.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. To place an order using a credit/debit card, please call 01803 298010. For cheque payments, please make payable to Expo Branding Direct Ltd and send to our registered address above. Please allow an additional 7 working days for cheque clearance.

For BACS payments, orders will only be processed once funds have cleared in our account. Please allow up to three working days unless using same-day Faster Payments.


4. Delivery and Carriage

Delivery charges listed apply to mainland UK only (excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and other remote areas). For delivery to these or international locations, please contact us for a quote.

Please note: while we work with trusted couriers, we cannot accept liability for courier delays. We will, however, assist in resolving issues as quickly as possible. Contact us on 01803 298010 for support.


5. Delivery Times

Stock items ordered by 2pm are dispatched same day. Custom or printed items may have longer lead times—please refer to individual product pages for details. Standard delivery occurs between 8am and 6pm and requires a signature.


6. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary based on product size, weight, and quantity, and are calculated at checkout.


7. Receipt of Goods

Deliveries are made to the ground floor front entrance. No unpacking or assembly is included. Please check your order for damage or shortages before signing. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, including photographs and your order number, to: expobrandingdirect@gmail.com


8. Orders and Data Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure your order and payment details are secure. However, unless due to our negligence, we are not liable for loss caused by unauthorised access during online transactions.


9. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and website listings, though there may be minor discrepancies from time to time. If you have any doubts about a product, please contact us before ordering.


10. Marketing & Social Media

We may photograph or share images of completed work for promotional use. If you do not wish for your product to be featured (e.g., if you're a reseller or agency), please notify us at the time of ordering or email expobrandingdirect@gmail.com.


11. Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods. To cancel, please email expobrandingdirect@gmail.com. You then have 14 further days to return the goods. Made-to-order and bespoke items cannot be cancelled unless faulty.


12. Returns – Faulty Goods

Please notify us of any faults or manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


13. Returns – Cancelled Orders

If cancelling, you must return goods within 14 days at your own expense. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We may deduct from your refund if the items are used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. We are not liable for damage or loss in transit during return.


14. Returns – Bespoke and Custom-Made Items

Products made to order or customised (e.g., with printing or sizing) cannot be returned unless faulty and reported within 24 hours. These include (but are not limited to): printed displays, bespoke sizes, screens, partitions, and any personalised items. Please double-check your order before confirming. Sample materials are available on request.


15. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return. Standard delivery costs will be refunded if the full order is returned. Express delivery charges are non-refundable. If only part of an order is returned, delivery costs will not be reimbursed.


16. Guarantees

All products are covered by a warranty of between 1–10 years, depending on the item. If a manufacturing defect arises within the guarantee period, please contact us with photographs. We may request a return for inspection, and will repair or replace the item if eligible.


17. Printed Products

Please ensure any artwork submitted for print meets our specifications. We are not responsible for errors present in customer-supplied files. Pricing assumes print-ready artwork. If design work or alterations are required, extra charges may apply. Contact us at 01803 298010 for artwork assistance.


18. Graphic Design

Any artwork, designs, or renders created by Expo Branding Direct Ltd remain our property and are supplied under a standard royalty-free license for use on products we manufacture. Files are securely stored for five years for reordering purposes.

Extended usage rights (e.g., for web or marketing use) or full ownership of design files may be purchased separately. Contact us for pricing and license terms.


19. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Expo Branding Direct Ltd until full payment is received. We reserve the right to reclaim goods if payment is not made within 30 days of invoice.
